Evaporative coolers work by drawing hot outdoor air through a cooling pad. The air is cooled by evaporation then circulated into your living/work space. Our coolers are built in the USA of heavy gauge galvanized steel that is powder-coated for weather and impact resistance. They have bolted construction for easy installation and access to replaceable parts. Before each shipment, our coolers must pass performance tests and meet quality control standards to ensure years of worry free operation. Note that evaporative cooling is recommended only for dry, arid climates.

Check product before accepting at store

Would Not Recommend

Product not in stock even though it showed up online as in stock. 12 days after ordering i went to store to inquire about item. After two hours of associate looking for item which was not found. I was told there was one in stock at another store in different city. The following day I was able to pickup the item in a different city. Upon unpacking the item found damages on frame and interior plumbing.

Swamp Cooler

This heavy item was dropped off in my driveway. I had no idea that this was delivered until it was too late. I called the customer service line, and the first 2 people were very rude and not helpful. The 3rd person that I spoke to said that they were sending a crew to move it to the side of my house. I am still waiting. I am not able to leave my home. I am a widow and am not able to move this. It is extremely heavy. This has been a very bad experience, and I will probably buy items elsewhere...
