Don't buy the Wi-Fi!!!

I think the A/C itself is fine, I've been running it for a small space and it's working. But there is no mobile app! I called Emerson and they said they are "re-developing" the app. From what I gather it's been gone for a while. They have no timetable for it to be back. So they are charging extra to sell these Wi-Fi version ACs and no app to show for it. It's false advertising and just straight up shady business!
