Lowe's unwilling to assess the damage
Door arrived damaged. Requested to send pictures of the severity of the damage to lowes for proper compensation, as due to time and contractors working in my home I was not able to wait for the damage door to be returned and another week for shipping a new door. offered a $20 credit for door or $50 Lowes gift card.
