Damaged in shipping

It arrived damaged but it is cosmetic so I am keeping it as it works. I am not returning it and have to wait another two weeks to get a replacement. It took two hours for me to get it and out of the store when I went to pick it up. It was not checked into the system they said. They should check it in and get it to the customer when the customer is standing there waiting. Waiting two hours is completely unacceptable. I purchased the two year protection plan so if it fails I will get a new one. I ...

The kegerator was carefully packaged in multi-layer protective boxes and foam. It was easy to unpack and set up. I had all the components on hand. It assembled with ease. Within a few hours it was chilling down perfectly. It’s maintaining temperature in the mid-thirty’s range. The kegerator is performing great.

Great and very cold refrigerator, I use it with a cooling fan to pump cold air into my tower. Completely amazing.
