fire hazard
Fire hazard. Lowes sold open boxes as new product. I bought 4 of these companion switches and picked up at a store pick up locker. on arrival to jobsite 3 of the 4 boxes where open and tape seal broken. it appears as if they where returned and restocked very dangerous

Good product
3 of the 5 I ordered worked perfectly, 2 had been opened and replaced with a different product before I purchased. I ordered online and picked up in the store, and assumed I didn’t need to double check the product had not been tampered with.

Poor Reliability
I’ve installed three of these in my home. Each worked perfectly when installed but became non responsive to manual and Wi-Fi commands in 4 to 6 months…just beyond their 90 day warranty period. I will never purchase Eaton smart switches again.

Terrible
If I could give 0 stars I would. These do not reliably report their status. I have 3 installed less than 30 feet from my hub with 50 other devices that have no problems. You can send an on/off command to the switch via your hub and they will respond and give the correct status. But if you need to use it to control something via the switch, good luck as they will not report on/off to your hub. I just needed a Zwave switch to control a z wave device in another building separate znet same hub ...
