Works well and properly sized, Great two pole breaker.

defective unit provided

one of the circuit breakers had a wire hold down screw missing , which made that unit un-usable. This flaw made for a second trip to store to get a replacement breaker. Time and gas cause additional $$. Better controls of products should be addressed

I liked that the torque value was provided, however, they should really print the torque value on the front of the breaker, rather than the side or in the instructions. I liked that the product fit the first time I tried to snap it in. Some of these Type-BR breakers have a small metal insert called a rejection tab that prevents the breaker from being installed in certain parts of the bus bar. My order was supposed to arrive today on saturday. It is now 9:45 pm and I have not recieved the items or a message to let me know when I will get my order. So now I will have to locate and buy the items from your competition HD. I gave my word that I would have everything needed to finish the job on time. I will then have to go out of my way to return the items to your store if and when they ever get shipped to me.
