Great design

Do not buy
I bought this for a 3 way stairs hallway. Installed it and does not work. I bought a while ago so I won't be able to return it. 30 dollars to waste.
Flakey Operation
Purchased 3 of these to replace 20 year-old WattStopper vacancy sensors. Installed 2, both behaved inconsistently. Sometimes they would turn on, sometimes off. No pattern to the flakiness of these units. Tried both with and without the neutral wire connection, same result. Serious QC issues with these.
Doesn't forget to turn your fan or lights off.
This switch was perfect for my smaller bathroom. Since people often forget that the fan is on, this switch turns off both my lights and fan after a preset time after exiting.

Inconsistent and switch is fragile
I bought 6 of these for bathrooms and closets. Some work, some do not. I have one that would not turn off and had to be replaced, and another where the switch cover broke. Have had no problem with similar switches made by Lutron. Would not recommend.

Swich Plate cover
The switch cover that is used to turn the light on/off is very fragile and has broke on many of my switches... Easton would not provide replacement covers. I would not recommend this switch.
