It arrived damaged! Customer service said I was outside the return window of 48 hours. Actually I called in 46 hours. It arrived late Thursday afternoon and we opened it on Saturday to install. 48 hours is a bit ridiculous when most work during the week and save projects for the weekend. Missing parts not helpful
Missing the most important part in one of our boxes. The rail to hang the unit on. We ordered 2 “Utility tower units” Contacted the phone number on the instruction sheet. We were told they will send one. Haven’t seen it yet. It has been several days, no updates. Totally frustrating when you have scheduled a hired hand to install open the boxes and do not have what we need.
