I ordered this product on October 9th and received the last piece on November 9th. THIRTY DAYS of a torn up closet. Do not start your closet rehab until you receive all of you parts. Oh, really check for product defects. I had two damaged items. The replacements were sent to the wrong address. Contacting customer service is a nightmare! picture on web is misleading
The picture in the website showed the organizer going to the floor. When we received them we found out that they hung on the wall and were at least 4 ft from the floor. the idea of getting these were to get the weight of the cloths off the wall which is not possible with these units.

Very poor engineering
Although the idea is good for a reach in with not much space, the engieering of this piece is seriously lacking. By having the top shelves as movable there is nothing to secure the side or mid panel in place. It did not come with enough shelf pegs and the bottom of the panels have nothing to secure them either unless they are the ones against the wall and therefore the middle one just moves and the whole thing will fall if not secured with owner provided L brackets
