Customer Service is Non-Existent

We bought multiple items to re-do 3 closets in our home. All the items are shipped in multiple boxes, however, there is nothing on the boxes to indicate which ones go together. We have 27 boxes of parts and no idea where to start. We reached out to Lowes but they could not help. We reached out to The Stow Company directly 3 different ways (phone call where you are just prompted to leave a message, the online customer contact form, and direct email). We have yet to get a response over 1 week...

Horrible Service

Ordered this closet system and two packages were left in the rain on a muddy ground. Turns out, the two packages only included the 6 drawers. The remaining items for the unit were not received. Spent over an hour with customer service (first the chat with a live agent who could not help and then with customer service). No one was able to figure out where the remaining items are or if we'd ever receive them. Decided to have them put in a case for a return. Now just waiting for my money to b...

Great improvement. Worth the money spent.

This is the third Tower system I have installed in walk in closets. The configuration was different in each closet and easily adaptable. Directions are fairly straightforward if you actually read them and proceed slowly and methodical. Everything depends on getting the support metal rod at your desired height and ensure that it is anchored securely. Pretty good instructions. Looks very nice and came together nicely.

Total lack of labeling on parts and AWFUL instructions. This is one of the worst purchases I have EVER MADE. A better manual and labels on parts and boxes could have saved us many hours. This might look fine in a reach in closet but is way too cheap for a walk-in where all the predrilled holes show.

A good closet system

I looked at several fancy closet companies and decided not to spend thousands of $$$ . A friend told me about this system ands its been fine and sturdy and its been since July of 2024.

Shipping was confusing

The system had 2 broken parts that were replaced by the manufacturer. Delivery was confusing as they provided only 1 tracking number. The shipment consisted of 9 boxes which were shipped under 4 tracking numbers which all arrived on different days.
