Being able to decipher picture instructions
Nice product,but if you think that you will be able to build it with the tools they provide,guess again . You will need at least a rachect with an Allen hex head attachment or a screw gun with the hex head attachment . Set comes in two different boxes . The table and chairs come with stainless steel screws and a usable Allen key ,the couch comes with standard black screws and a useless Allen key why the difference? That being said,with the correct tools assembly was straight forward and pretty ...

The vendor is unorganized and the manufacturer is incompetent. Shipped in two boxes at two different times from the same location. The sofa came with two K parts instead of one K and one N. I was 90% complete with assembly when this came to light (the parts are mirror images of each other). So five hours in and it’s time to drill and tap so my efforts aren’t wasted. Otherwise disassemble everything, attempt to box everything back up, return and wait another week and hope there’s no issue with th...
Bad customer service
when I was assembling set I noticed I was missing parts and there was damage to one of the pieces. I emailed manufacturer and was repeatedly asked the same questions which I answered more then once and there was no resolution. Please save yourselves the frustration do not bother
