Very good sealer. I stained a concrete then sealed
I thought it was a very good sealer. The smell was very strong but I'm guessing that's why it worked so well.

Very toxic flumes !!!
Used product for several years. Has very toxic smell. Must use downwind with estimated 10 mph wind. They recommend applying two thin coats but the fumes are so bad that you can’t afford the risk of applying a second coat. The price of this product has also doubled in the last five years, which is very disappointing and will force me to look for alternatives in the future. Long-term health risk may not be worth the reward!

No Wet Look
Added 2nd coat & still no let look. Used 3 gallons light coat with a thin roller 1st. Called Eagle & learned use a thicker roller. Used it on 5 gallons & still no wet look. I will ask lowes for a refund.
