Not for outdoor use
We had this set for a few weeks, looked great, loved it. Then it rained. Most of the pillow covers leaked badly into the inside cushions. Not a cheap set, but definitely NOT good quality. Lowes told me to contact the manufacturer. Very unhappy!

Order Issue with no notice receieved
I ordered $811 patio furniture with expected delivery June 10, 2025. Two weeks after this date I checked status. There was no order# and FEDEX tracking#. When checking with Lowes and FEDEX each said the other had my packages. I then called customer service for a refund but would have rather had merchandise for a family function. I though better from Lowes being the reason I chose them.

Some assembly required... but worth it
Two boxes will arrive that you'll think just contain the cushions. It's the entire set. Took me about 3 hours to put it all together - I recommend running the longer DD bolts through the tops of the arched backs before tightening the lower bolts after flipping the back chairs over or you might end up having to muscle the arched part to get the bolt in. But the finished product looks terrific, they're super-comfortable and it's a great value.
