I ordered the outdoor furniture from LOWES because shipping stated delivery would be JULY 31st!!!! and store pickup would be August 3rd. I NEEDED it for August 1st. Tracking showed "On it's way July 27th," Friday the 31st update stated, delivery would be AUGUST 4th!!!! between 11am and 3pm . We took the day off to receive the furniture, NEW UPDATE,,,, IT'S IN BINGINTOM!!! WHY offer home delivery and state quick delivery when you don't care about your customers purchase experience. Lowe’s did not deliver & install

I paid for the additional delivery and installation fee for a party that I had on February 25, 2026. Lowe’s did not deliver to my direct address and rather than install it February 25th, the third party company they are using to install told me they will call to schedule March 2nd. This was a terrible experience. My party is ruined, there was no communication about the third party being the company to install it, FedEx did not notify me it was delivered, and at that they delivered to the leasing...

After a few years of wanting some patio furniture for our front porch, we went with this one. It looked nice enough, and at the time it was on sale due to Labor Day, so we decided to go for it. Took about an hour to assemble. It has a low profile and sits low to the deck. I’m 6’1” and too low profile for me. And the cushions that come with it are straight trash!
