wrong parts given

Would Not Recommend

I got 3 back spacers and 1 tension clamp. Shouldn't it be 2 back spacers and 2 tension clamps. I couldn't assemble the water heater straps with wrong parts. I bought it last month and now, I could not find my sales receipt to return it.

Try to find a better system if you can! This system is poorly designed, and a hassle to install. It technically does what it's intended for, but the way it goes about doing it is terrible. Considering its a product sold through a company based in the USA, you figure they would include ENGLISH instructions! If you can't find a better system, well... good luck.

Be Mechanical

Worked well as I expected it to. It did not have English instructions with it. Good thing I'm mechanical since I don't speak Spanish.

Thanks a whole lot!

The instructions call for four pre-assembled lag bolts with washers and cardboard keepers. The product comes with only two lags installed on one end. Yes, you will going back to the hardware store for the required additional two 1/4" lag bolts. Mistake? I have two water heaters and two boxes are missing the lags.
