The product was good, however, Lowes failed totally to deliver it to me even though I paid a rush delivery fee. I had plumbers standing by for HOURS. I’d get updates throughout the day alerting me that the heater was on the way and should arrive in 34 minutes…22 minutes…10 mins., etc. After several calls to Lowe’s, they said the heater never made it on the truck.
