Dumond Smart Strip Advanced Paint Remover is a pourable gel that removes multiple layers of acrylic, latex, oil and water-based paints, varnishes, stains and coatings—often in a single application. Designed for use on a wide range of surfaces including wood, brick, stone, metal, marble, terra cotta, granite, concrete, plaster and more. For best results, apply a test patch to determine compatibility and dwell time, then apply the gel and allow up to 24 hours for penetration. Keep the area moist (cover with Dumond Laminated Paper, sold separately) to speed removal, then lift with a scraper or pressure washer and rinse thoroughly with water. Water-based and non-caustic, Smart Strip Advanced does not contain methylene chloride or NMP and is formulated for both contractor and DIY use on interior and exterior projects.
