Competent friendly staff
The person who handled my pickup was very responsive and helpful. She knew the large item was in the back and would take a few minutes to retrieve and communicated that. As she was handling my order, another customer came up and she briefly assured him that he would be taken care of as soon as she returned with my order. It was a busy time but she was calm and professional.

Terribly Soft Screws
This product is good other than the super soft countersink screws. There is no way to screws these soft screws all the way into a stud without stripping the heads. Such a simple thing to cost me a ton of time to fix... Worth choosing another product unless you are bringing your own screws.
