Terrible delivery

Terrible experience from start to finish. The door was never even successfully delivered — it arrived damaged twice before making it to me, and then the order was automatically canceled instead of being properly resolved. No clear communication, no accountability, just wasted time and frustration. I would strongly reconsider buying doors or large items from Lowe’s.

Received a used returned door

The box that was delivered was loaded with packing tape as if someone opened it and taped it back up. Inside, multiple installation pieces were missing from the box. This item was obviously returned from a previous customer and then resold to me with missing pieces. The picture in the delivery was not even taken at my house, it looks like it is in the warehouse where the item was stored. I was on hold for 40 minutes with Lowes and no one answered. bottom guide rail corroding

Stylish and reasonably priced however the bottom guide rail has corroded after 2 years, resulting in leaking onto the bathroom floor.

5th shower was finally delivered undamaged

Took 2 months to be delivered

It is not yet installed but delivery guys were awesome.

Packaging was trashed on pickup

I paid $1038.79 for this item and when I picked i picked it up at the store, the box was beat to heck and hanging open - exposing the glass doors and metal inside the box. If it's even scratched, it's going right back to Lowes.

Two broken doors sent, Lowe’s not helpful.

It isn’t here yet. The first door was broken in transit, Lowe’s tells me to continue to wait because “there’s nothing they can do”. I stop into Lowe’s, talk to an actual helpful person, she finds out the door was broken, processes a reorder. Second door delivered is also broken. Only packaged in corrugated cardboard so OF COURSE it’s broken. Lowe’s now tells me I have to deal directly with the manufacturer. No tracking number for third door. The product is great. I did get a defective glass door but the product customer service took care of sending out a new one under warranty. Timely and efficient.

Good product quality, Roll-the-dice on shiping

I really like this sliding glass shower door, overall. It's very thick and it's easy to install with help from a second person - even by someone like me who has intermediate skill in the trades and who has never installed a glass shower door like this before. I really liked this product because it's one of the few doors that can be installed on a fairly narrow (sub 2-inch wide) threshold.
