Damaged packaging and poor quality.
The box was dented in two places when we picked it up from the store and when we removed the mantel, there was a big dent on the top edge. It also had one corner where the wood was peeling up (unrelated to the dents in the box).

Not as pictured
While it is a nice, solid mantel, the pictures did not match what we received. We ordered the aged oak color and what we got was a very orange colored mantel. Not what was expected. Will be returning for this reason.

The mantel arrived in store for pick up ahead of schedule. It was packed very well. The coloring of the wood is perfect. We love it!
