Hardy Sweet Lavender is a must-have perennial in the garden or landscape. Its fragrance is strong and pleasant. It grows in neat, gray-green mounds that can be used to form low hedges or borders 15 in. to 20 in. H and filled with purple flowers from early summer to frost. Its fragrant leaves can be cut to dry for use in sachets and potpourri. The plants are exceedingly durable, thriving in the hot summer sun when other plants fade. Makes a great container plant, too.
