Poor Quality Cabinets
I’m extremely disappointed with this Diamond cabinet purchase. The cabinet arrived in very poor condition and was practically falling apart out of the box. Multiple joints and components were loose and barely holding together, which is unacceptable for a product at this price point. To make matters worse, the delivery was scheduled to arrive before 2:30 p.m. but didn’t show up until around 3:00 p.m. We had countertop installers waiting on site, causing unnecessary delays and added frustration. ...

Damaged and incomplete order
I scheduled an online delivery to correspond with the contractor schedule. Not only was the delivery incomplete one of the cabinets delivered arrived in a badly damaged box and the cabinet was dinged up. There were not able to replace that day so I had to buy off the shelf cabinets from another store that day. Total inconvenience all around. I won't even get into the hassle to get these items returned and the undelivered items cancelled.
