I loved working with Bob at the central jersey Lowe's locations, he was knowledgeable and helpful. The cabinets, however, are disappointingly cheap. The black ink touch up pen does not match the black of the cabinet, and almost every cabinet has damage from the smallest of knicks (they were only installed 02/24, it's 05/25 now). Missing Cabinet

Initial delivery on 11/20 was within a reasonable time frame. However, one cabinet was missing. After dealing with Diamond and the carrier I had conflicting stories as to what happened. Diamond put in an order to remake (expedited) and was told I would receive the cabinet between 12/4 and 12/9. I called Diamond today and was told the cabinet would ship 12/16. DREAM KITCHEN-TURNED-NIGHTMARE

In mid-July, 2024, we ordered a huge number of the expensive Diamond Advanced cabinets for a complete remodel of our kitchen and sitting room. Delivery was to be 6-8 weeks with installation completed within approximately 2 weeks. We are now over 14 weeks into this never-ending project due to multiple manufacturer defects, delays, and damage. Buyer beware

Spent over 30k, got wrong parts that take weeks to months to get replaced. On top of that the replacements were wrong. The cabinet openings for the appliances I purchased with Lowe’s were also wrong which made lots of extra labor from a master carpenter because I couldn’t wait for Lowe’s slow customer service. Not sure where you should go, but don’t go with Lowes.

Not worth the money, even at 40% off

Not worth the money, cheaply made. Purchased 13 cabinets, it took 5 weeks to get the order but your custom cabinets are being made that whole time, your just waiting in line to get your order built in about 2 days. Buyer Beware- Diamond Cabinets- Poor Quality!

Close to 40% of our Masterbrand Diamond cabinets had to be returned for quality issues. Drip marks, black spots, yellow lines, cracks...
