Disappointed

Several issues are the reason for the disappointing results. First the paint color is amazing and uniform. However, we encountered several issues with the final product. 1. Upper corner cabinets shelves were too long on both ends of each shelf. We had to shave at least 1/8 or more off of each end of the shelves. Secondly, this cabinet shipped with the wrong door sizes. Beautiful cabinets!

Totally changed the look of my kitchen! Had oak cabinets for 27 years, but this time went with painted cabinets. The look is so refreshing and bright. Love the soft close doors and drawers. They are very solid and sturdy. So happy I chose these cabinets!

Definitely not "top of the line"

1) touch up paint did not match the cabinets and caused a noticeable blemish on the crown molding. Your rep sent the same lot number of touch up paint 3 times, nothing matched. 2) many corners of the cabinet door fronts are cracked and these are most prominent when it's colder. We were told these are normal unless the width of a penny, which we feel is unacceptable at the price point of these cabinets. 3) Several of the double door cabinet doors are maximally adjusted outward and yet the door...

They are beautiful

They are so pretty. We love them so much. The color is amazing, the quality is good.

Doors don't match and carousel is broken

1st the cabinets were sent in separate shipments and 2 were lost. We had to wait 6 more weeks for the replacements to come. We got 2 of one missing cabinet and still didn't get the critical to install corner cabinet until later. The doors on The cabinet over the refrigerator are different sizes, and one of the 2 lazysuzans in the late arriving corner cabinet was broken. Other than that there ok at best.

Extremely expensive. Mediocre quality.

It was obvious after receiving the cabinets the steep price we paid was for the finish which I must say we do love. But the cabinets themselves the actual construction was nothing special. Several of the face frame had split wood from the staples. The venear on the shelves was poorly cut. There were several areas that had nicks and damage to the finish. We love our Diamond cabinets

After buying a condo in Florida, one of our first projects was redoing the kitchen. Out went the 30 year old cabinets and, after seeing what Lowe's offered, we settled on the Diamond Hepburn in white. We couldn't be happier.
