Should have been better
I put in a new kitchen using diamond intermediate grade Cabinets. Alright the overall look is good there were a number of quality control manufacturing problems with the cabinets. Screws that missed their mark and split the wood that could be seen the from inside, gouges in one of the back panels, excess glue sticking out between some seams, a few chips in the paint..

Purchased 15k worth of painted (color Retreat) cabinets from Lowes. Design process and delivery was great. Color is beautiful however the Quality of cabinet drawers and doors is terrible- if I could return them I would. Reordered 5 doors; would have reordered more but Lowes rep discouraged me. Drawers don’t line up no matter how much adjusting is done or YouTube videos watched. Multiple doors are warped. Had much higher expectations since these are considered custom. Overall quality is poo...

Nice middle of the road cabinets.
The cabinets are beautiful and arrived as promised.We bought them on a sale at Lowes which was a bonus. Issues...one of the cabinet doors came off the hinge as the screw just came right out. It appears the screws are very thin, so we had to replace it with the thicker screw. Hoping it doesn't happen to more of the doors. Other issue is the door restrictor clips we received from Lowes do not work, so the doors, when opened, hit the stove, refrigerator and dish washer. Not sure how to remedy that ...
