Dangerous yard light

The base of this lamp does not include set screws to attach it to the pole. Rather it is pre-drilled with plain holes through which you have to drill the light pole and attach with three sheet metal screws. There are electric wires inside the pole which can be penetrated by the drill bit and/or a screw which can be very dangerous. Don’t buy this light.

Dark skies

Very pleased! No light blasting into space causing light pollution but still casts a nice wide light in our yard. Ordering another for the light pole in the backyard.

nice, well packaged and good finish on the lamp. My only suggestion is the mfg should thread the screw holes. If you can't drill the post, YOU are screwed, no the lamp.

Love this light!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this lantern! It was super easy to install, I put it in the front of my house, it gives my house a classic look. I like that the light faces downwards. I put up Halloween decorations and the light gives the decorations a nice glowy sneak peak. I like that the lantern is heavy duty. Overall super satisfied and highly recommended

Simple Style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This post light has a simple, classic style. The dark bronze finish is uniform. The bulb hangs from the top and is exposed, but the inside is an enameled look, white which seems easy to clean. Reminds be of a farmhouse barn light.

Elegant and well built Light fixture

They look and feel like made of good solid material and feels heavy enough for the post lantern. color is nice bronze and the finish is smooth and nice looking. Great Downlight; Excellent Value

Have had two on my deck for about 5 years with dimmable LED bulbs. Wanted down light fixtures to avoid shining on neighbors. Had to tweak them to be perfectly level and after 5 years they are showing a little rust, but they have been 100 % reliable and I likely will use them on another deck I'm building.
