Poor quality product from Lowe's.
I want to like this product, and the associated valve I ordered, but this is some of the worst packaging I have seen. Not sure if this was a return or not. I can't imagine it came from Delta like this. Some parts weren't wrapped at all, others half wrapped. Looks like someone threw it in a box without a care. The shower head has scrapes/dings along the side. See pics. Looks like someone repacked the valve and scrunched in the directions. I would expect a new package when ordering things, or at l...

Great Trim Kit with Confusing Instructions
Great trim kit the instructions are confusing. Section 4 “Trim Installation”, has two alternate steps, B-1 and B-2. This trim kit should follow B-2. My contractor followed B-1, and did not install the bracket, so the escutcheon did not have anything to secure to. I had to review the instructions with him, show him that the bracket is needed for step B-2 because the escutcheon does not have screw holes (as pictured in B-1). We had to remove all of the trim in order to install the bracket. ...

Don't wanna get out

Awesome shower head set

Perfect pop for my shower
