Delta 9.0 -Spray Stainless Steel 3.56-in Round Handheld Shower Head 2.5 GPM

At first I loved this product. However, a little over 1 year it has now stopped working. I unscrewed the sprayer from the hose, and water still came out from the hose. However, I cannot get water to come out of the sprayer.

Great hand held

Great product we always use this hand held in most of our homes

be careful

Bought this several months ago. Within the first few weeks the head began to fall from the holding piece. It has already hit me in the back and forarm. It has fallen many times after i turn off the shower. Im afraid it will eventually crack my tlle when it falls and hits the wall. The sad thing is the shower sprays are faboluous. They really need to improve the holding piece.

Love this handheld shower ! Works great. Many different settings.

Great features but unrelaible parts

I bought two of these shower heads and they are excellent EXCEPT that twice now the back selection buttons have become stuck after a few weeks of use. The first time I exchanged the unit where I purchased it. Now it's happened to the second unit and I read that it has happened to others. I fear that there will be no end to this. Is there a way to get the buttons unstuck?

ActivTouch button not working.

I bought this about 6 months ago. It was working great but then the ActivTouch button on the top stopped working. The spray remains the same. The button that pauses the flow works fine. I tried soaking the shower head in white vinegar to remove any calcium deposits as we are on a well but have a water softener. Any ideas to fix it? My last shower head lasted 15 years. Not happy.

Cheap plastic - Hose nut

Hose nut is made of look alike chrome with cheap plastic. I did not understand the purpose of saving a few cents by making the hose nut with cheap plastic. My hose nut broke after a couple of months. Once broken the whole thing is a piece of garbage.
