Had two dozen of these sheets delivered for a project. Arrived exactly as expected. One sheet was cracked which wasn't an issue because I was able to cut the sheet to use. Perfect backer for tile projects.

I have been laying tile for five years and this has been the wall and floor selection that i have used the most. I recommend it, and i will share the cons and pros in my humble opinion. if you need to tile a floor being a subfloor, then this is a really great product as is firm and cement based and provides better adhesion for thinset. i noticed that the quality changed from what it used to, and it went from a alright quality of material to a better and stronger quality and thats why i say that....
