The DOLLE ROME Adjustable Handrail Elbow is for use with DOLLE ROME handrails located in our ROME Modular Staircase Kit and ROME balcony banisters. The ROME Adjustable Elbow allows a seamless transition from your staircase kit handrail to your balcony handrail. ROME Adjustable Elbows can also be used to join two handrails at a corner or direction change. The DOLLE ROME Adjustable Elbow is constructed of steel with a painted gray finish. This handrail elbow is designed to work with 1-1/2 inch ROME beechwood handrails and achieve any angle between 90 and 180 degrees. ROME banister kits are not designed to operate as a code compliant railing solution. Homeowner is responsible for verifying local code compliance.
