Disappointing
I purchased this impact driver in 2020 due to it being made in USA [even though with global parts] and it has been kept in the original packaging and case for protection. I would take it out occasional and use it around the house on very small projects so at least is was being used. I am presently working on a deck build and my work Dewalt impact driver quit working, so I thought I'd use the dcf877 to finish up what I was working on. Nope....less than 15 minutes into driving some decking screws ...

How did we make it before Impact Drivers?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is a great addition to any tool bag. I find that I use it significantly more than the regular driver to drive screws and even drilling holes! A 3" deck screw takes far less effort with this guy, and using T25 or T30 heads makes it almost effortless. Plenty of power and with the bigger battery it lasts much longer. I was able to put down cement board for a bathroom floor and wall without recharging the drill. I was quite surprised ...
