DEWALT Nickel Angled spade Audio Connector

I ONLY had it for a month!!!

Bought this adapter for my new headphones. The physical quality of this adapter feels super durable. Problems started when it kept pausing what I was listening to, guessing bc of poor connection. I genuinely thought it was my headphones causing this. Then recently, about a month from purchase, it completely stopped working. I could plug the adapter in my phone and it wouldn’t register something was connected. But my “crappy” Apple adapter still works after years of abuse.

Not Durable Enough for Domestic Use

Tired of frayed headphone or ear bud audio cables? Well, fret no more! This product is exactly what I needed as a frequently wear ear buds while mowing. Right where the cable connects to the audio input plug always seems to be the place that wears out and frays after a few weeks of use. The DEWALT 1-Pack Nickel Angled spade Audio Connector prevents that from happening. It is a sturdy little piece of audio equipment that I expect to use for years, not weeks. Recommend for friends to purchase.

Don’t do it

Two weeks into giving this adapter a shot I gave up. On the job site i would keep my phone in my front pocket playing music through my headphones with the adapter but every time I would have to squat down or bend over to pick something up the slightest pressure on the adapter would cut my music off. This repeated multiple times over the course of an hour is infuriating.

So sad. Not compatible

I LOVE Dewalt products and bought one of these instantly when I saw it at the checkout line. Sadly, my iPhone rejected it after a few weeks with a "not supported" notification. I've been trying to see how to fix it, but can't help. Would gladly reverse my review if there's an easy fix? Very much want to support your stuff!

does nkt work

This plug works for about 30 seconds, Then it gives me an error message and says “this accessory is not supported by this device.” This cost $20 and I’m using it on my iPhone XS. I thought maybe I’d wait till after iOS 13 came out, but even after the update, its still getting the same error.

Doesn't work.

I bought this product, and it worked for maybe a couple weeks. Afterwards, my iphone wont even recognize it at all. Tried it with multiple different cables and nothing works. Very disappointed.

I like the angle of it, it is less cumbersome and works very well.

Shameful

Bought for my dad and it didn’t last 1 week. I thought DeWalt stood for quality. I’ll rethink my next purchase.
