Would Not Recommend

Problem getting unit up to temp when using water tray. dosen't seem to hold smoke as much as I would like. No insulation to hold heat. Otherwise a very nice smoker. Would probably invest in a more expensive one next time.

Well the only negative I found that was different from my old one is there's no Insulation at all just metal and that's it. Other than that works fantastic I love the stainless steel. It's a good size I like the rack system. So far it's really good if only used it twice.
