Shoddy work
1st door was damaged by installer, 2nd door was damaged in store by forklift. Hoping 3rd times a charm with this custom door.

Creative Entryways doesn't care
Can't believe this company shipped and packaged a front door with this much defects. I purchased this door and had Lowes install it. On day of installation, the installer called me and let me know the door has some problems. It took him ~ an hour to unwrap the door just to find out the Creative Entryways team shipped a door that looks like it was reclaimed wood. Bad finish, and defects the size of golf balls. Lowes did nothing wrong. Installer did nothing wrong, but CE sucks as a manufacturer.

Not worth the money
I should have read the reviews, this was a horrible purchase, material is really cheap, and it looks terrible. You'd be better off making a door yourself

great choice.
im a cheap preson, but needed a new front door. my old door had a glass oval and was made of fiberglass or something. anyways the traffic noise was loud. i didnt plan on spending this much money, but decided to go for it. im so happy i did. it looks amazing with my red brick

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! Wife and I sat with the Lowe's milling consultant to order 2 of these. She read us the description that says it comes with everything in the kit -- the door, screws, handle and all hardware for mounting. But when the installer picked them up, only one came with some screws, and it was missing at least 25 more of them (the door lumber is pre-drilled, so that's how we know so many screws were missing. The other door kit had no screws. Neither came with door handles.
