What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the down rod for its compatibility with existing ceiling fans and ability to adjust height in vaulted or low ceilings. Most highlight seamless installation, smooth threading, and high-quality construction with attractive finish. Many report it solved problems with undersized factory rods and matches their fan perfectly. However, some note the actual diameter is 3/4 inch rather than advertised 1 inch, causing incompatibility issues, and a few mention missing mounting hardware or cosmetic flaws. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider it a worthwhile solution for fan height adjustment.

no attachment hardware supplied with the rod

bought extension rod for new ceiling fan. Had to special order because the rods in stock did not fit. Order arrived early! Three stars because the rod did not come with hardware to attach to celing fan. This required another trip to the hardware store to purchase installation hardware.
