Im replacing my aging central AC with individual split units. They are more efficient and quieter. I bought two of the 12,000 BTU to test in upstairs bedrooms in Georgia summer. The house isnt very well insulated. The change was immediate. They work perfectly for AC, i haven't tried the heating function yet. The Costway wifi controls can be added to Google Home. Install was reasonable. Watch multiple videos before starting!!! 12/2 wire works perfectly. 10 gauge was a bit awkward to get into ...
