I ordered an extra-large dog bed and received a medium dog bed. I had questions about the return and amount I would receive back. I purchased the bed with a gift card. Don't bother using the chat. There are not answers just automated responses. Finally got an associate. Told I could return to the store for the full amount. But if it was a gift card used, I would receive a refund card to be used at Lowes. If I didn't want to drive 50 miles, she could arrange a pickup, and they would mail ...

Sent us the wrong size twice, gave up

they sent us the wrong size twice... We gave up on trying. Its a pain to have to drive 30 minutes to return something more than once...

Easy assembly, all weather

Delight

She likes to sunbathe on it and I feel with the nice mesh material, it’s much more comfortable than the wooden deck floor. I would definitely recommend this product.

Not bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This style was not my first option for my dog but it has grown on me. He didn't take to it right away either. Now he's on it everyday. I think he needed to get used to stepping up onto his bed as he has usually only had the floor pillow styles before. I love the ease of clean up with this one. Vacuum, wipe and it's done. Unique choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a English mastiff who is very active, and loves to have things that he can lay on. Due to his size it isn't that easy to find great options for him. This bed was an immediate favorite of his. Being as large as it is, it works great for him. I would certainly recommend it if you have an active large dog!

Comfy
