My Item was not delivered
After placing my order, i was given the date of August 2nd. However, it was delayed until the 5th. I got up early on the 5th (I work nights) only to receive a text that my order had been delayed again to the 9th. This morning, the 9th, I wake again only to wait the entire delivery window for no order. I call customer service to inquire about a new date of delivery, but am told instead my order is being returned, and I'll have to wait 10 business days to receive my refund!
