It quiet and looks great.
Only dislike i have about the stove so far is the fill hole for the pellets is rather small. Other then that its quiet and works great.

Easy to install and this unit turns on fast with the remote control. holds two bags of pellets. You need to balance the unit by adjusting the screw down legs or you'll get a vibration noise from the fan.

The Pellet stove works great! It was easy to set up and keeps my home nice and warm. Saves greatly on my electric bill.

Disappointed
Bought the stove at the end of October of this year. Worked great for the first month then the igniter quit working. Tried contacting comfortbilt by phone and by email with zero response. When working properly the stove is great and heats my house nicely
DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!!
I would give this -5 stars if possible. It has not worked correctly since installed it wont cycle it turns off for no reason and after only 10 hours problems with the ignighter. DO NOT BUY! The manufacturer will not respond this has been a nightmare. Stove returned to Lowe’s.

This stove is solid and looks nice too, since winter is only part of the year, nice to have something in the living room that looks good when it's not being used.

Great Pellet Stove
I have been using this stove for about 3 months. I can set it on 65 and it ran about 70 inside with 40 degree weather outside. At high 20's I can run it at 68 for 70 inside. No colder weather yet, but I like the quiet stove. I used some powder graphite on about 2 or 3 cups of powder on the pellets for the first couple of low pellet levels. That stopped an occasional squeak in the auger. Only noises are the fan and the pellets hitting the burn pot. I have used about 20 bags as of now.

It’s spring time now so I’ve not had the chance to burn the stove but it’s a beautiful looking stove appears to be well built and was packaged really well free of damage looking forward to next winter as that’s when I’ll use it for the first time.
