Everything was fine, they even delivered the one that was damaged, way before the promised date. Hope the fella that fell off the truck is okay. Only thing I have a problem with, is phone customer service. I called to inquire about the order. After 600 rings, (yes 600), I hung up. Sometimes people really do need to talk to a Lowe’s Rep. Size not right at all
Small top section way too big. The large section too small. We worked for 2 hours to "rig" it so it would work at all. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Definitely do not recommend. Just wonder why the company that made the original gazebo doesn't offer a replacement top so it would actually fit.

Too small
Product was too small to fit on frame. Original BBQ canopy was purchased at Lowe’s so we assumed this would fit. It did not. My husband was forced to cut the frame to fit.

Sizing not 100% accurate
This will work as my replacement BUT it was almost too small for the large section & the small top section was way too big!! Now, I have to make the top section small manually by sewing it. It think the top was not the correct one based on the size
