Pitiful low, low heat! BEWARE!
I wanted this for heat more than the pretty screen. The screen was pretty, but the heater is terribly underpowered. Will not warm an 800 sq ft home. Pitiful! I would return it if I could. I’m stuck with it. BEWARE!

Heater never worked on fireplace insert
This fireplace insert includes a heating unit with a blower that has never worked. It gives me an 'E5" error code and shuts down right away. I do like the look of the flames, but I'm very disappointed the heat option does not work. I would not recommend this fireplace insert to anyone.
