The powerful 1500 watt heating element is enclosed below the stainless floor of the Hot Pot so it’s never in contact with the water and free from mineral build up. For convenient measuring, the water level gauge is located on the exterior of the unit. Handsomely designed of high quality 18/10 stainless steel and with a seamed stainless interior, the pot is easy to clean and does not retain unsavory odors. The corded base and base of the pot are made of cool touch polymer and may be safely placed on counter tops and serving surfaces.
