Purchased on line, came in on time, no damage and well packaged, took about 2-hr to assemble, instructions were easy to follow. Now for the 2 rating. I turned on the grill/griddle on low for the first time to season and it heated up to over 550 deg F. The small amount of oil I put on the griddle to season burned off and the griddle surface scotched. Excelled multipurpose griddle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very griddle. Assembly directions were well written and it was pretty easy to put together. Took about an hour or so, in no rush. Followed seasoning instructions using canola oil. There are some cold spots in the corners but it's no big deal. Followed with some onion as it helps with the seasoning. Coated with olive oil for storage after use. Made fajitas and the griddle worked great.
