The grill looks great, but the propane conversion kit to change the Jets is not easily installed. The end result is the grill burns. Rich and grates and hood are covered with black set. Grill should be able to be ordered with propane or natural jets installed from the factory OR the propane conversion jet installation process should be much easier and more Fail safe.

Ignitor stopped working on 2nd use
Spent over 1k on this item and had install when we redid our outdoor kitchen. The space in the tile was cut to fit this grill. The very 1st time it light up quickly. The 2nd and 3rd time it was used, it did not want to light. I do not like this grill, I told my husband to stick to charcoal to begin with smh

Needed for outdoor kitchen in Belize... Hoping
This outdoor grill is perfect in size and I value all of the features. I am using it in Belize so I was really picky about what I would get, how much I would spend (because I also have to pay duty and shipping to get it here), and the long term value. I hope I made the right decision when I look back 5 years from now. I think I did.
