I bought this grill approximately 1.5 years ago and use it at least four times a week (I live in Ohio). I have never had any issues, except recently, my push-button ignitor has started to fall off. If you are looking for the griddle experience but don't want to pay the high prices of other griddle companies, I couldn't recommend this griddle anymore.

Loving my CharBroil griddle!
I've used the griddle about 6 times, so far. Very good heat distributions. It surprises how hot it gets, how quickly it heats up, and how well it maintains the heat. It's excellent for burgers. I've made philly cheese steaks with shaved leftover prime rib, onions & peppers, and provolone: loaded everything up at once, piled the fixin's high, added the cheese & closed the lid to melt. Durable, easy-to-use, great deal
I've had the griddle for over a few months now and truly love how it cooks. There are minimal "hot" spots and a great even temperature cooking area. The griddle itself is durable and thick, making cleaning and heating a breeze. I've only had to season it after a heavy clean. Heats up fast and recovers the heat quickly. Our first griddle.
The griddle arrived quickly from Char-Broil and was packaged to insure safe shipping. Unpacking and assembling was easy for my wife and me as long as we followed the instructions. Gas hook up was easy so we were cooking smash burgers in no time. Fun to cook on and easy to clean up.

Very Happy!
So glad I bought this when it was on sale. Very easy to season. Have made friend rice…eggs and bacon. Surface space is amazing. Clean up is a breeze. Very easy to put together with two people.Can’t wait to continue to use this for years to come. Pick this up you won’t be disappointed. Only wish you made the liners for the grease tray can’t find any that fit.
