What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the insulation for effective thermal performance, ease of installation, and strong value. The pre-cut batts fit standard 16" and 24" on-center framing precisely, install quickly without sagging, and trim easily with a utility knife. Reviewers note significant improvements in temperature regulation and reduced energy usage, with many appreciating its ability to prevent pipe freezing. The material is described as durable, heavy, and well-made, offering comparable performance to higher-priced alternatives at a lower cost. A few mention minor skin irritation and packaging concerns, but these rare issues do not diminish overall satisfaction.

Doesn't Expand to Fill 2x6 Wall

Would Not Recommend

The packaging claims it expands into a 5 1/2" space. It doesn't. It expands at most to 4". It literally does not expand any thicker than the R15 2x4 insulation I put in another wall. The packages I haven't opened are being returned because if I go to the pink stuff, it actually expands into a 2x6" wall space and holds itself in.
