40L Nylon Roll Top Backpack | Service calls to camping trips, this backpack can hold a lot of gear; a laptop sleeve on the outer back panel keeps your device secure.
Constructed from 700-denier nylon canvas with Rain Defender durable water repellent (DWR) technology that forces light rain and water to bead up and roll right off; coated canvas fabric panels for weather resistance
Backpack features MOLLE straps on each side, roll-top closure, with a tension hook with bottle opener, molded back panel with channels for airflow and to prevent sweat buildup and two glove-friendly buckles to secure jacket to bottom
Plenty of storage options including front coated canvas zippered pocket with pen sleeves and inner mesh pocket, two side pockets, 17" molded laptop compartment and secure passport pocket behind back panel (designed to fit Carhartt Work Notes)
Made with a roll-top closure for adjustable storage

Solid overall but 1 flaw
I researched a bunch of backpacks last year and settled on this one for its carrying capacity and the carhartt name, which I trust. Overall, its held up extremely well for my work in the hospital and at nursing school. It holds my plentiful books, laptop, iPad, 46 oz yeti rambler (which is amazing that the side pocket can fit it, I'm so thankful it holds it well) as well as a bunch of pens, charger etc. The one regret I have is the fact that the main compartment is held closed by velcro and a me...
