The stain was clumpy and no matter what was done, the colored clumps did not disperse into the liquid. The drying time was more than 24 hours. It is already showing wear and tear. It seems to be water repellent, but not in the worn out spots. Would NOT buy this again.

Home Delivery From Lowes Is Terrible
So far this stain is an excellent product. However... the online Lowes home delivery part is terrible and I might not ever shop at Lowes again. My shipment of four cans was split into two deliveries, which is reasonable I guess. One was delivered by FedEx and one wasn't, yet both had status of "delivered" on the Lowes website.
