worked good for 3 years
It worked great for 3 years using it ocationaly on my car while at school. Recently broke both the 1/4 and 3/8 ratchet on different occasions. Attempting to figure out the warranty now. The case is still holding up to much abuse.

This is an awesome set!
Finally a way to keep things well organized in a compact and transportable way. This is the first set I have had where I haven't lost some pieces in the first year or had pieces all over. I have had it over a year now and love it.

A Little Disappointed.
A little disappointed. Not in the tools themselves but in the toolbox. Yes, I know it's not supposed to be real durable but, when you're paying just shy of $200 for something, I'd expect it not to arrive at my house damaged. A piece of the top drawer was broken off when I unboxed and two of the socket posts were broken. As far as the tools go, they seem really durable and I'm excited to start using Craftsman tools again. I just wish I had a box that was not broken in 4 different areas. That's a ...

Bad ratchet experience
Purchased set at end of April early this year for DIY projects on my car. Was happy in begging that all tools well separate in each tray and wide selection. During use 1/2 ratchet start giving me hard time jamming in one of modes. Does not return switch occasionally. 2 weeks ago 3/8 ratchet start doing same and broke on me. 1/2 continue give a hard time. Just total disaster. Stay away miles from Craftsman ratchets

Pure quality ratchets
Purchase in store earlier this year. Use to fix my second old car. Two ratchets from this set broke on me just before Christmas. 1/2 from beginning jamming from day one. 3/8 start give me hard time a week before Christmas and complete blow up. Poor quality ratchets, same issue on latest Craftsman web site with 3/8 ratchet die. Send email to manufacturer support no response. Thank you for "*good price" and nice selection in kit but never again purchase Craftsman tools
