This is not a Lowe's product, this is a 3rd party product that Lowe's uses. I ordered this bagger on July 9th, it was suppose to be delivered to my home on July 16th. I got a notification that the delivery was delayed, I waited 3 more days, nothing indicating why the order was delayed. The mower I bought seems pretty good and cuts well but the issue is the bagger!! No matter what I do one end or the other comes off either the bottom chute or else pulls out of the top opening as seems the hose that goes from chute to the bagger needs about another 5-6" for it to work. I am constantly stopping throughout the mowing to get off the tractor and re-attach the hose!! Great two Bagger
Just follow the instructions for easy put together. The two bagger works like a champ. How ever I noticed when emptying one of the bags that the strap on the bottom was pulling away from from the bottom surface and will need to be reinforced. That is the only flaw in this system, I recommend the two bagger to anyone who uses a craftsman zero turn.

Instructions simple enough over an hour's time.
Once finished assembly took it out for a test and was completely satisfied with the performance of the dual baggers. The yard looks great and its a lot easier and quicker than working a rake for leaves removal.
